Keep Care Moving Behind the Scenes
BRAMS is looking for a full-time Rostering & Scheduling Officer based in Broome, WA.
You will play a key part in keeping services running smoothly, responding to changes quickly, and ensuring continuity of care for clients.
More specifically, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Coordinating staff rosters and schedules for NDIS and aged care client services
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure shifts and services are scheduled accurately
- Updating and maintaining rostering, scheduling, and service records
- Communicating roster changes and service updates to relevant staff
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day administration of client service delivery
- Monitoring scheduling requirements and responding to changes in a timely manner
Bring Your Organisation, Coordination, and Problem-Solving Skills
To be successful in this role, you will bring strong administrative, organisational, and time-management skills, along with the ability to coordinate competing priorities in a busy service environment. Experience in rostering, scheduling, client services, aged care, disability, community services, or a similar coordination role will be highly regarded.
Additionally, the following skills and background will be highly valued:
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- High attention to detail and accuracy when working with schedules and data
- Confidence using systems and the ability to learn new tools quickly
- Ability to think ahead, identify potential issues, and respond proactively
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with a range of stakeholders
- Ability to remain calm and adaptable in a dynamic environment
