Your new opportunity
We are now looking for a full-time Aged and Disability Operations Manager based in Broome, Western Australia.
Reporting to the Community Services Executive Manager, this pivotal role manages the day-to-day operations of aged care and disability services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, culturally appropriate care that aligns with the BRAMS Model of Care.
More specifically, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Overseeing day-to-day operations of aged care and disability services
- Coordinating the delivery of culturally responsive, accessible programs
- Monitoring service delivery outcomes and ensuring client satisfaction
- Leading, supervising, and supporting a diverse team of health professionals
- Ensuring compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and NDIS Practice Standards
- Managing budgets and identifying cost-saving opportunities
- Conducting internal audits and quality improvements
- Building and maintaining relationships with external providers
- Approving timesheets and ensuring accurate, timely reporting
- Facilitating staff development, training, and performance reviews
- Ensuring adherence to BRAMS’ Quality Care Framework and policies
- Promoting a positive and collaborative workplace culture
About You
To qualify, you will need a relevant qualification in Aged Care, Disability, or Community Services and at least 3 years of experience in aged care and disability services.
Additionally, the following skills and background will be highly valued:
- Experience working in an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Community Controlled Health Service
- Demonstrated experience leading diverse teams and fostering collaboration
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to set priorities and meet conflicting deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships in a cross-cultural setting
- Capacity to consult, collaborate, and negotiate effectively with stakeholders
- Commitment to working within the BRAMS Quality Care Framework

In addition to a competitive salary from $115,000 - $125,000 PLUS super, you will receive a host of generous benefits as part of the BRAMS family, including:
